We live in a world of policies. The reality is many economic policies were intentionally created to exclude certain ethnic groups from thriving in the USA.

As a result, in 2022 Individuals who are Black, Latinx, South Asian, or Indigenous remain in cycles of poverty due to being underfunded because of systemic racism in banking, housing, and education.

Today, we have the ability to stop constructing financial barriers and deconstruct the ones that exist.

MJD works with government and foundation leaders who are ready to address the issues, and take the steps to ensure that history does not repeat in the future. MJD wants to help you take action!
